A Columbia man was arrested by Russell Springs Police Saturday night on theft of a firearm and other charges.
Russell Springs Police say that 27-year-old Dakota Sullivan of Columbia was arrested and charged with theft of a firearm, theft by unlawful taking less than $10,000, resisting arrest, and fleeing or evading police on foot.
Sullivan was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 9 p.m. Saturday night.
Officer Hayden Phillips of the Russell Springs Police Department was the arresting officer.
