Adair County Schools will be utilizing virtual instruction for all students the remainder of the week, according to a Facebook post from the district.
Adair County remains in the red based on the current incidence rate.
The average daily cases per 100,000 population is at 46.1. The red zone, the area in which school districts are asked to suspend in-person instruction, is for counties that have daily cases per 100,000 population of 25 or greater.
In-person instruction is set to be re-evaluated next week.
