Russell Springs Man Arrested on Strangulation Charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested late last night on strangulation and other charges.

According to jail records, Luis Martinez, age 20, was arrested by Trooper Scott with the Kentucky State Police and charged with Strangulation First Degree, Assault, 4^th Degree Domestic Violence, Criminal Abuse Third Degree.

Martinez was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 10:30 Tuesday night.
