Several persons were arrested over the weekend by local law enforcement officers. According to reports, those arrested include:
*33 year old Joshua Eugene York of Russell Springs was arrested Saturday night by Officer Lucas Justice of the Russell Springs Police Department. York was charged with Assault fourth degree; Resisting Arrest; Disorderly Conduct; Menacing; Violation of an EPO/DVO; and Terroristic Threatening third degree. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before midnight Saturday.
*Columbia Police Officer Evan Burton arrested 59 year old Anthony Wilson of Columbia early Saturday evening and charged him with Disorderly Conduct second degree; Menacing; Terroristic Threatening; and Alcohol Intoxication. Wilson was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail around 7 o’clock Saturday night.
*25 year old Austin Weller of Columbia was charged with three counts of Wanton Endangerment second degree; DUI; Possession of Marijuana; and Reckless Driving. Weller was arrested by Officer Josh Durbin around 10:30 Saturday night and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
