According to jail records, David Mason, age 55, was arrested by Officer Justice with the Russell Springs Police Department and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess, Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property, and with being a Persistent Felony Offender.
Mason was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before midnight.
