Jamestown Square To Be Inaccessible on Thursday

Major portions of the Jamestown square will be closed Thursday. City officials say all four quadrants around the square will be closed and not accessible Thursday as black top work is done around the square. Jamestown Mayor Nick Shearer says he hopes the work is complete and the area around the square is opened up on Friday.
