RS Man Arrested on Alcohol and Traffic Charges Sunday

A Russell Springs man was arrested late Sunday Night. According to reports, 61-year-old Julian Guadlupe was arrested by Deputy Meyer of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of Alcohol aggravating circumstance, no operators-moped license, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Guadlupe was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:00 pm last evening.
