A stop of a vehicle around midnight Saturday led to the arrest of an Adair County man on several charges in Columbia.
According to reports, 30-year-old Stephen Boyd of Columbia was stopped by Adair county law enforcement officials. He was initially charged with Driving under the influence. Upon further investigation, Boyd was also charged with Trafficking in Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and other traffic related offenses.
He was lodged in the Adair County Detention Center around 12:20 Sunday morning.
