Aaron Tom Collins, age 85, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, June 11th, 2020 at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington.

He was a Veteran of the United States Marines having served in the Korean War.

He is survived by:

Two Daughters

  • Carol Lawless and Melissa McIntosh

Four Sons

  • Gerald, Roger, Ronnie, and Randy Collins

One Sister

  • Wanda Bunch

One Brother

  • Lynn Collins

Twenty-two grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Aaron Collins will be held Sunday, June 14th at 3:00 pm at the Coffey Grove Separate Baptist Church with burial in the Collins-Warriner Cemetery with full Military Honors by the Russell County Honor Guard. A walk through visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Coffey Grove Separate Baptist Church. H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown is in charge of the arrangements.
