Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration requirements led to the arrest of a Russell Springs man last night.
58 year old Donald Carroll was arrested by Deputy Cory Meyer on warrants charging Carroll with two counts of failing to comply with Sex Offender Registration, and one count of Sex Offender Electronic Communications violations.
Carroll was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly before 8 o’clock last evening.
