A Bowling Green man was arrested Friday after allegedly assaulting a police officer.
According to reports, 42-year-old Gary S. Robertson was charged with Assault, third degree, by Deputy Sheriff Kenny Perkins around 2 o’clock Friday afternoon.
Robertson was also charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Public Intoxication. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
