According to jail records, Gerald Popplewell, age 45, Kenneth Dyer, age 34, and Angela Passmore, age 37, all of Russell Springs were arrested by Ethan Pike of the Russell Springs Police Department and all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Drug Unspecified.
Additionally, Angela Passmore was charged with Promoting Contraband- 2nd Degree, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. Gerald Popplewell was also charged with Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8 ounces 1st Offense.
All were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
