According to information received by WJRS Local News, 30-year-old Vanna Williams was charged with Custodial Interference, a felony, by Trooper Billy Begley of the Kentucky State Police.
No further details were available. Williams was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 7:40 last evening.
