According to jail records, 30-year-old Jay Faulkner was arrested by Deputy Meyer with the Russell County Sheriff’s Department and charged with alcohol intoxication in public place 1st and 2nd offenses.
Faulkner was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 1:00 this morning.
