One of the big headlines coming out of Governor Andy Beshear’s press conference on Wednesday was the announcement of openings that can take place under the first phase of re-opening in Kentucky.

- Profession services at 50%
- Horse racing with no fans
- Dog grooming/boarding
On May 20th…
- Retail
- Houses of worship
Then on May 25th…
- Ten person social gatherings
- Barbers, salons, cosmetology businesses, and similar services
Phase 2 will include restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, campgrounds, and some youth sports. Public pools will not be a part of Phase 1 or Phase 2. Summer camps and day cares are also not in phase 1.

- Close common areas
