No New COVID-19 Cases in Russell or Adair County Wednesday

There were once again no new cases of the Coronavirus in Russell County on Wednesday according to County Judge Gary Robertson.

There have been 16 cases in Russell County, 12 have been released from isolation including three yesterday. Unfortunately, there have been a total of three deaths in Russell County due to COVID-19. There is now just one case on home self-isolation.

Neighboring Adair County reported no new cases of the virus yesterday.
Adair has now had a total of 81 cases with 30 being released and 10 deaths.

There are now 41 active cases with 31 of those on home or Summit Manor Isolation and 10 in area hospitals.

Here’s a rundown of active cases for the rest of the counties in the Lake Cumberland Area…
• Clinton has 1
• Cumberland 3
• McCreary 2
• Pulaski 8
• Taylor and Wayne both with 4
• Both Casey and Green currently have no active cases
