Kentucky’s increase in cases is continuing to trend lower than a lot of other states in the country.
There were four additional deaths reported including one in Adair County, bringing the state’s total to 65.
Governor Beshear released some racial demographics as it pertains to the virus.
- 79.25 percent are Caucasian
- 12 percent African-American
- 2.6 percent Asian
- 2 percent multi-racial
These are from 68 percent of positive tests in the state. Beshear says he is working to get data for the rest of the cases.
