Kentucky nearly had 200 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus on Wednesday, but as Governor Andy Beshear continues to reiterate it appears as if the state has plateaued…

The Governor said the state is very close to restarting some health care services again. He said, beginning on Monday, in-person diagnostic ambulatory visits and pre-anesthesia testing will be allowed again.
