According to jail records, 37-year-old Rebecca England was arrested by Deputy Perkins with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 1st Offense, Improper Registration Plate, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Resisting Arrest.
England was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little before 2:30 Tuesday afternoon.
