According to jail records, Timothy Helm, age 57, of Nancy was taken into custody by Deputy Wine with the Russell County Sheriff’s Department and charged with Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Drug Unspecified, and Menacing.
Helm was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8:30 Wednesday evening.
