Four Arrested After Multiple Searches of a Residence

Two different searches in two days at a residence in the Bernard Ridge/Indian Cave Hill area of Russell County has resulted in four persons being arrested. According to Sheriff Derek Polston, Deputy Nathan Ginn received a call on Wednesday about a burglary where guns, archery equipment and tools were stolen. The investigation led Ginn to a Residence on Happy Acre Lane in Russell county where Sheriff Polston and Deputy Ginn searched the house looking for two suspects. Although the suspects were not immediately located, several firearms and archery equipment from the burglary were located inside the residence. Two arrest warrants were obtained for Dakota Sullivan, charging him with Burglary 2nd degree and Persistent Felony Offender, first degree. Also a warrant was issued for Christopher Camp, charging him with Burglary 2nd degree.

Yesterday afternoon around two o’clock, both subjects were located and arrested by members of the Russell County Sheriff’s office. A Search warrant was also obtained for the residence on Happy Acre Lane, resulting in two more Individuals being arrested on Drug Trafficking Charges. John Camp, age 46, and Nolina Camp, age 45, were both charged with Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia. Additional firearms were recovered from the search. All four persons were lodged in the Russell County detention center
