First Coronavirus Case Confirmed in Kentucky

Governor Andy Beshear announced Friday afternoon that the state has its first case of the Coronavirus. 

According to Beshear, the person from Harrison County and is in Lexington being treated in isolation. Beshear also announced he has declared a State Of Emergency to get all necessary resources the state may need. 

Officials say people should remain calm, not cancel plans and practice good hygiene and stay home if sick.
