RC Woman Arrested on Drug and Other Charges

According to jail records, Rebekah Devore, age 37, was arrested by Deputy Luke Hughes and charged with:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense
  • Drug Paraphernalia buy or possess
  • Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug
  • Operating Vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 1st offense
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Careless driving.

Devore was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
