The traditional inaugural parade for Governor-Elect Andy Beshear will be held on Tuesday in Frankfort from 9 am until 11 am central time and will feature the Russell County High School Mighty Laker Marching Band as one of the participants. The parade will begin at High Street at the Old Governor’s Mansion and will conclude in front of the Capitol. Gov. Beshear and Britainy Beshear and their children, will join Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman, her husband, Chris O’Bryan, and their children, in open horse-drawn carriages provided by the Kentucky Horse Park. The parade will be televised on KET.
