Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Campaign Increases Today

The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety and Kentucky State Police are reminding motorists to be responsible behind the wheel as the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” increased enforcement campaign begins today, December 13th and runs through January 1st. The KOHS distributes federal grants provided by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to increase law enforcement presence during designated holiday periods. In Kentucky, 22 drunken driving deaths occurred during Christmas and New Year’s over the last five years.
