Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest in Millerfield

An early morning traffic stop in the Millerfield community of Adair County resulted in a Methamphetamine arrest, according to the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.

At 1:21 a.m., Sheriff K-9 Deputy Josh Durbin and k-9 Nitro conducted a traffic stop 15 miles east of Columbia. As a result, Wendal Reynolds, 37, of Greensburg, was arrested by Deputy Durbin on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended Operators License, and No Tail lights.  

His passenger, Mary K. Underwood, 35, was arrested by Deputy Joey Keith on an outstanding Felony Indictment Warrant out of Green County. Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail . The Adair Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation.
