Warmer than normal conditions dominated the region as temperatures were 9 to 12 degrees above normal in much of the areas.
Over the next 5-7 days, some precipitation is anticipated as areas of Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia being at the center of the greatest precipitation totals of 1-2 inches, according to estimates.
