The Mighty Laker Marching Band competed in a historic venue against 31 bands from 8 different states on Saturday in the Bands of America in Johnson City, Tennessee. They received a division 1 rating and placed 6th (in the top half) of their class. The band now looks forward to diving back into competition this coming weekend at the KMEA Class AAA East Regionals in Winchester at GRC High School.
