A stolen 2018 model EZ Go Golf Cart valued at over $8,000 has been recovered, according to Russell County Sheriff Derek Polston.
The golf cart was found in a barn on West Highway 76 off of JM Lane in the Webb’s Crossroads community of Russell County. The golf cart had been reported and entered as stolen by the Russell Springs Police Department back in April after it was taken off a porch in the Russell Springs area. Chief Deputy Jerry Melton and Detective Chasity Shirley with the Russell Springs Police Department assisted at the scene. The case will now be presented to the Russell County Grand Jury.
