The Russell County 15U Babe Ruth baseball team lost to Eagle Pass, Texas in their first game of the Babe Ruth World Series on Thursday afternoon in Bismarck, North Dakota by a final score of 8-5. Russell County got down early and made a comeback effort late in the game but fell short in the end. They will next play China tonight at 8 pm in their second game of the series.
The Lady Laker golf team plays today in the Green County Invitational at the Green County Golf Course.
The Lady Laker volleyball team has their first scrimmage at 4:30 today at Laker Gym as they host Adair County and the RCHS Laker football team travels to Whitley County tonight for their first scrimmage of the season. Best of luck to all teams today!
