Deborah L. Wade, age 67, of Somerset, passed away Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset.
She is survived by:

- Tara Mounce of Texas
One Sister
- Gladys Clonch of Bowling Green
One Brother
- Jimmy Lawless of Jamestown
Three grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Deborah L. Wade will be held Tuesday, August 13th at 1:00 pm at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Jack Lawless Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 am Tuesday at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown. Family request memorial donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and can be made at the funeral home.
