Jamestown Man Arrested on Criminal Mischief and Other Charges

A Jamestown man was arrested by the Kentucky State Police on a variety of charges late Saturday night, according to jail records.

Jeffrey Allen Elmore, 44, was charged with fleeing or evading police 1st degree (on foot), criminal mischief 3rd degree, criminal trespassing 3rd degree as well as several traffic violations.

Elmore was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center. WJRS NEWS is awaiting more details on the arrest from the state police and will pass those along as we receive them.
