Danny L. Malone, age 76, of Jamestown was arrested and charged with Criminal Attempt to commit Kidnapping. The charges stem from an incident that was reported to the Jamestown Police Department on June 12th in which Malone attempted to lure a 13-year-old female into his vehicle.
Malone was taken into custody by Jamestown Police Chief Jeff Kerns without incident. Kerns was assisted by Russell Springs Police Officers Matt Parrish and Jeremy West.
