The Russell County Grand Jury met on Tuesday and handed up indictments on eight individuals. Those indicted were…
· David S. Antle, of Jamestown, charged with Burglary, 2nd Degree; Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, and Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500.
· James D. Redmon, of Russell Springs, charged with Assault 2nd Degree; and Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree.
· Delta York of Russell Springs, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and various Misdemeanor offenses.
· Lemuel Burton, of Russell Springs, was indicted on Three Counts of Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon; Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree; and with being a Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree
· Cortez Lawrence, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charge Trafficking in Marijuana under 8 ounces; Tampering with Physical Evidence, and with being a Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree….
· Bill Hammond, of Jamestown, charged with Assault 1st Degree.
· Timothy George, of Campbellsville, Bail Jumping, 1st Degree.
· Charles Sikes, of Russell Springs, was indicted on charges of Burglary, 3rd Degree; Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree; Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500; and with being a Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree
