Jamestown Juvenile Injured in Accident

A Jamestown juvenile was injured in a single vehicle accident last evening.  According to Jamestown Police Lt. Tracy Irvin, Cecil Kemp of Jamestown was operating a 2007 Chrysler when he lost control of the vehicle due to slick road conditions.   The vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a telephone pole at the junction of Brown Road and Sunset Road in the city limits of Jamestown.   A...

Bobby Lee Dykes, age 66, of Jamestown, a veteran of the U. S. Army, died Tuesday at his home. He is survived by two sons:  Troy Dykes of Russell Springs and Joey Dykes of Jamestown.
