A Russell County man has died from injuries sustained in an ATV wreck several months ago. Dale Melson, 38, of Russell Springs died Monday in Lexington from injuries he suffered in the four-wheeler wreck which occurred on Arles Hale Road back on September 3rd.

A southern Russell County home was destroyed by fire early New Year’s Day. The South Russell Fire Department was called out just before 1:20 a.m. Sunday to the Dale and Helen Moore residence on Crocus Road. The home was totally engulfed in flames when firemen arrived on the scene. No one was home at the time of the fire.

A Russell Springs residence was damaged by fire late Tuesday afternoon. According to Fire Chief H.M.
