Kentucky State Police is launching an investigation into a body discovered early Thursday morning in the Swan Pond area near Helm’s Landing.
Few details are known right now, but WJRS News has been told the body is a male but no identification has been found and a name, age, or any other details have yet to be released.
KSP Post 15 Public Information Officer Nick Hale told WJRS News Thursday afternoon that foul play is not suspected and officials are still waiting to notify next of kin.
Two fishermen discovered the body early Thursday morning.
