Richard Lee Carter, age 64, of Russell Springs, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at his residence. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Cold Springs Cemetery in Liberty. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
