Alfred Higginbotham, age 83, of the Union Chapel Community, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Russell County Hospital. He is survived by: His Wife Reba Higginbotham Two Children Mitchell Higginbotham of Jamestown Cathy Higginbotham of Richmond Other Survivors 1 grandchild Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Dixon Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Union Chapel United Methodist Church Building Fund. These can be made at the funeral home.
