Decatur Owens, age 78, of Russell Springs, died Monday evening, March 4, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He is survived by:
His Wife
- Deloris Roy Owens
Four Children
- Willard, Randy and Duane Owens, all of Russell Springs
- Edwina Moody of Somerset
Two Brothers & One Sister
- George and Seth Owens, both of Russell Springs
- Valeria Godby of Russell Springs
Other Survivors
- 2 grandchildren
- 3 step-grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Somerset. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Thursday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or the Gideons Memorial Bible Plan. These can be made at the funeral home.
