Eight Indicted In Child Support Cases

Eight persons were indicted by the Russell County Grand Jury Tuesday for allegedly “failing to pay child support”. Those charged with Flagrant Non-Support of a Child include:
- Elizabeth Kimball, age 28
- Steve Bryant, age 42
- Jesse Burchett, age 24
- Roger Conner, age 53
- Rachel Tarry, age 22
- Almon Warner, age 26
- Casey Shearer, age 30
- Nickole Tarry, age 22
Additionally, Casey Shearer was charged with being a “Persistent Felony Offender”. WJRS NEWS reminds you that an “indictment” is a legal accusation and does not imply guilt. An “indictment” means the Grand Jury found “probable cause” for the charges and further court action is warranted in these cases.
