Taylor Co. Deputy Jailer Charged With Sexual Contact With Inmate; Facing 19 Counts of Official Misconduct

A Taylor County Deputy Jailer was arrested Monday and charged with having illegal sexual contact with a female inmate. WJRS NEWS learned that Brandon Neil Noel, 33, of Lebanon is facing 19 counts of “Official Misconduct” and 2 counts of “Sodomy”.
According to the arrest citation filed by Campbellsville Police Detective Ben Riggs….Deputy Jailer Noel allowed a female inmate to perform oral sex on him….admitted to inappropriately touching the female inmate….and admitted to making pictures of her naked with his cell phone.
Noel was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
