Johnny Kay Johnson, age 66, of Russell Springs, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, died Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the Westlake Regional Hospital. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Parks Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
