Rev. Arvel Dale Brown, age 67, of Russell Springs, Pastor of the Middletown Community Church, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Russell County Hospital. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home with burial in the Ridgecrest Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
