Indictments Include Charges of Rape, Failure To Pay Child Support

Indictments were returned against five individuals Thursday following a meeting of the Russell County Grand Jury. Four of the five are facing charges of failing to pay child support.
According to Circuit Court records, the following persons were charged by the Grand Jury:
Jesus Cantoran was formally charged through indictment with Rape 1st Degree for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a 13 year old child.
Those charged with Flagrant Non-Support of a Child include Paige Robbins, age 22; Carrie Bernard, age 33; Sarah Cox, age 32 and 36 year old James Deel.
