Collision On Dowell Road Sends Two To RCH

Two local women were treated at the Russell County Hospital following a two vehicle collision just after 3:30 p.m. Monday. RSPD Officer Nathan Bradshaw told WJRS NEWS the wreck occurred at the intersection of Cortez Drive and Dowell Road and involved vehicles operated by Louise Andrew, age 79, and 49 year old Doris Berry, both of Russell Springs.
Both were taken by the Russell County EMS to the local hospital for treatment and observation.
