Paul David Stephens, age 69, of Russell Springs, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Norton Healthcare in Louisville. He is survived by:

Two Sisters
- Joyce Popplewell of Russell Springs
- Phyllis Antle of Jamestown
Two Brothers
- Veston Stephens and Jack Stephens both of Russell Springs

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home with burial in the Bernard Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
