William “Bill” Flatt, age 89, of Russell Springs, a World War II Veteran of the United States Navy, died Sunday, November 25, 2012, at the Oaklawn Health & Rehab Center in Louisville. He is survived by:
Two Children
- Terry Flatt of Glasgow
- Lou Edda Smith of Lawrenceburg
Other Survivors
- 4 grandchildren
- 7 great grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home with burial in the Russell County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. The family request that expressions of sympathy be made to the Russell Springs United Methodist Church Building Fund. These can be made at the funeral home.
