7th and 8th grade girls basketball team wins CKMSAC

On Thursday, The Russell County Lady Lakers Middle School 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams competed in the CKMSAC tournament. The 7th grade team defeated Adair County to become CKMSAC champions and co-champions of the regular season with Campbellsville. The 8th grade Lady Lakers defeated Green County 35-27 to win the CKMSAC championship and the regular season championship. Congratulations to the Middle School Lady Lakers.
