A father and his two sons were arrested early Wednesday on charges of Receiving Stolen Property in connection with thefts of two ATVs from an auto dealership in Albany. JPD Lt. Tony King stopped a Chevrolet pickup at Four Seasons Car Wash on North Main Street at 2:25 a.m. in response to an alert issued some 30 minutes earlier by law enforcement officials in Clinton County. That traffic stop lead to the recovery of a 2005 Honda 650 and a 2013 Arctic Cat Prowler with a combined value of $17,000 stolen from Denney’s Auto Sales. Arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center were Jonathan Roberts, 44, of London; Joshua Roberts, 27, of Vero Beach, Florida; and Jacob Roberts, 22, of Hermatige, Tennessee. On Thursday, all three men were charged on warrants from Clinton County with Burglary and Theft. Joshua Roberts was also served with a fugitive warrant from Fayette County, OH.
